The perfect Indian wedding is a product of careful planning and consideration. One of the most important parts of the process is selecting a location for the ceremony. Whether it’s an outdoor venue or an indoor venue, there are many considerations to keep in mind. Choosing an Outdoor Venue

Outdoor venues have their own set of advantages and disadvantages. They can be beautiful, but they Indian-wedding ideasalso require more maintenance than indoor locations. If you choose an outdoor venue, make sure that your guests will enjoy themselves as much as possible. Here are some things to consider when choosing an outdoor venue:

1) Location – The first thing to think about is where you want to hold your reception. You may not know exactly what kind of weather you’ll get until after you book the space, so try to find out ahead of time if you need to bring extra blankets or umbrellas with you. Also, check on any special requirements for lighting (like a stage). Hire Wedding Limo in Vancouver BC

2) Size – Make sure that there is enough room in front of the dance floor for people to move around freely without bumping into each other. It should also leave plenty of room behind it for dancing! If possible, make sure that the area can be easily cleaned up afterwards as well.

3) Lighting – This will depend largely on how many guests you have and whether they plan to use their own flashlights/candles during the night. However, I would recommend having at least one light source per person. You don’t want your dancers stumbling over someone who has fallen asleep standing up!

4) Music – The music needs to fit the mood of the party. For a more relaxed atmosphere, try something like “The Way We Were” by Barbra Streisand or “I Will Survive” by Gloria Gaynor. These songs are perfect for slow dances and romantic moments. On the other hand, if you’re looking for some upbeat tunes, then go with “We Are Family” by Sister Sledge or “You Make Me Feel (Mighty Real)” by Michael Jackson. If you have any questions about what type of music is best suited for your event, feel free to contact me.

5) Food & Drink – This should be obvious, but it bears repeating food and drink will keep people happy and entertained throughout the evening. You can serve anything from finger foods such as mini-pizzas, cheese balls, dips, etc., to full-course meals that include appetizers, entrees, desserts, drinks, coffee/tea service, and even wine pairings! I would recommend having a variety of options available, so guests don’t get bored during their meal. For example, if you are serving pizza, make sure there are other types of pizzas on offer too like calzones, pasta dishes, salads, sandwiches, etc.

Indian weddings are known for being an extravagant display of colour, culture, and tradition. They are also known to be one of the most complex celebrations in the world. With so many details to plan, it can seem overwhelming at times, but here are five steps that will help you have one of the most picturesque Indian weddings you could ever imagine! 1) Choose your venue

The first step is choosing a location where you want your wedding ceremony or reception to take place. You may choose from any number of locations including hotels, restaurants, parks, beaches, etc. The choice really depends on what kind of vibe you’re looking for as well as how much money you have available. If you don’t know which type of setting would work best for you yet, then we suggest visiting some local venues before making a final decision. 2) Decide who should be in charge

Once you decide on a location and start thinking about decorating it with flowers, lights, music, food, etc., you might find yourself wondering if there’s anyone else involved besides you two. After all, this is your wedding day! So, the next step is deciding whether or not you want someone else helping out. For example, maybe one person will handle planning while another handles decoration? Or perhaps both people are responsible for everything? If you have any questions regarding how to divide up responsibilities between yourselves, please don’t hesitate to ask us. We’re happy to help!
